Halfway between the northern mountains and Sighisoara a lovely local restaurant. The food is very delicious. The restaurant is clean and pleasant to sit with the local company. The landlady speaks English and is very welcoming. There is the seafood dish, first course soup (churba), excellent meat and main course paprikash with excellent polenta.. worth stopping for lunch.

We were so lucky to stop here. Pauly's is a simple neighborhood worker's eatery with a basic daily menu and minimal choice but it was very good and we were taken care of and felt at home.The food was delicious and the service was kind and genuinely caring.Like the ride through the towns it is worth the effort to find.
